Flexiplastics have created a fairly simple diagram to help us explain the process of high frequency welding two pieces of plastic together. This is the bonding process in its most basic form, some of our complex products require multiple welds.
A successful bond or bonds will create a super-strong seal which is totally watertight. In many cases our welded products are used for either protecting the people on the inside or outside of the items. This is due to the seal preventing anything entering or leaving a unit unintentionally.
